LA Solar Group is a leading provider of solar energy solutions dedicated to promoting sustainable and environmentally friendly energy sources. We specialize in designing, installing, and maintaining solar systems for residential and commercial clients.
We are looking for experienced Solar Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing solar energy systems. Your work will ensure the ongoing performance and reliability of these systems, contributing to the success of our clients' clean energy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on solar energy systems, including solar panels, inverters, and mounting structures.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to the performance of solar systems, including electrical, mechanical, or communication problems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards during maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with the installation team to address any post-installation service requirements.
- Verify that all installation work is in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, work orders, and equipment inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients to address questions and concerns.
- Assist in commissioning newly installed solar systems and ensuring they meet performance expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in solar technology.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in solar service, electrical, or related field.
- Electrical license or relevant certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and associated components.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Safety-conscious with a commitment to best practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
