Assistant Property Manager

Established 55+ age, 360 unit residential community HOA seeks a highly organized and service-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support daily community operations with resident relations, enforcing CC&Rs, Board and Association Committee activities, vendor coordination, and administrative, logistical and board meeting preparations within Davis Stirling guidelines. Must foster client satisfaction and build customer goodwill while setting a professional tone for the office. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional, Assistant Community Manager, or property management professional seeking growth within community association management. Key Responsibilities Assists in the enforcement of the Association Bylaws, CC&Rs, Rules and Regulations in all activities. Acts as the primary liaison between residents, the Board of Directors and the Property Manager. Responds to homeowner queries, complaints and requests in a professional and timely manner. Conducts routine property inspections to monitor community standards, identifies maintenance needs and notes CC&R violations. Assists Property Manager in the bidding process, coordinates with third-party vendors. Schedules and tracks routine maintenance and communicates about work order completions. Assists with organizing Board meetings, prepares agendas, transcribes, distributes and posts meeting minutes to website within established deadlines. Assists with processing accounts payable, tracking vendor invoices and following up on delinquent HOA dues. Updates and maintains documents required for escrow services vendor. Prepares A&L request applications for A&L Committee recommendations. Maintains Association web-site for owner access to rules, governing documents, minutes and newsletter distribution by posting necessary documents and information. Assists with resident onboarding, occupancy documentation, and records management. Maintains both official Association records in Association software and administrative files. Creates reports such as landscape, work orders, delinquencies and violations from Association software. Provides administrative support to management with special projects and operational initiatives. Provides administrative support to Association committees as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
