Team provides video and collaboration-based solutions for clinicians and patient populations to deliver best-in-class care delivery. The platform is a video remote interpreter solution enabled on iPad/PC/iPhone/SIP integration API modalities. Team is also developing new solutions for clinician collaboration using real-time collaboration solutions and platforms along with solutions that leverage event streams, ML, and NLP technologies for iOS and desktop platforms. The solutions portfolio uses microservices architecture, React/Node JS, Java, and JavaScript stack with SQL and No SQL databases. The future roadmap will utilize ML and AI-based solutions for healthcare service enablement needs.

Develop the overall test strategy, master test plan for the system. Responsible for the validation of the various applications (web-based and apps). This includes understanding processes and functionality, knowledge of the overall system, mapping of required interfaces, and understanding of data requirements. Meeting with the product and engineering teams to determine quality assurance scope for the project. Work closely with the QA team in the creation of the test scripts, test plans, test specifications, and requirements traceability matrix. Designing end-to-end QA test procedures with an optimal mix of manual and automation test cases. Responsible for day-to-day test preparation and test execution activities. Work on test data set up for various environments. Execution of test deliverables, analysis of test results, detection and documentation of defects, and validation of bug fixes. Lead the continuous improvements of testing process and procedures. Mentor junior QA team members. Provide management reports and present at management meetings with clarity and brevity.

BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related fields. 10+ years as a QA Engineer in a mid-large size enterprise/corporation. 3+ years of QA automation experience. 3+ years experience as a Lead. Work on front end, back end, and API testing of applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document test plans, test scripts, and test cases. 5+ years working with Agile, Scrum processes and experience in documenting use cases and test cases. Experience with incident management and tools like Service Now, JIRA, GIT. Excellent analytical skills to ensure root causes are identified for issues. Ensure requirements traceability is maintained in the validation test scripts and results. Proficiency in SQL to access relational DB. Experience with test data prep for SQL/NoSQL databases. Excellent analytical skills. Team player who has experience in working with geographically distributed teams.

Programming in Python/Java/scripting skills; Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, SQL, APIs. Expertise in testing a CI/CD microservices-based environment is a plus. Testing of mobile apps.
