Ability to perform physically demanding work

Able to lift up to 50lbs

Comfortable working outdoors in the sun and heat for extended periods of time

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions

Strong work ethic and attention to safety

Previous construction or clean up experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain construction site work areas

Sweep floors, walkways, and work zones

Pick up and dispose of construction debris and trash

Keep the site organized and free of hazards

Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from the site supervisor

Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
