Current shifts available: Monday - Friday | 1:00 PM 9:30 PM | $20-$22 per hour Monday - Friday | 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM | $20-$22 per hour Monday - Thursday | 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM | $20-$22 per hour
About the role: Are you a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented customer service representative to join our team! You'll be the first voice our customers hearanswering calls, scheduling service appointments, and helping ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. If you love solving problems, staying organized, and making someone's day a little easier, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do:
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, availability, and location
- Help customers with questions about services, pricing, and appointments
- Communicate clearly with field technicians to ensure seamless service
- Troubleshoot minor customer issues and document all interactions
- Follow up after appointments to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and invoicing
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with patience and a problem-solving mindset
What you bring:
- Prior customer service experience, especially in a fast-paced or service-driven industry
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A calm, confident approach to problem-solving
- Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bonus: familiarity with home services like HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
