Position Description & QualificationsYou know how to win—commanding the room as the public face of the campaign while quietly running the disciplined, repeatable system that delivers results.As Campaign Director , you will lead a high-stakes, end-to-end campaign designed to achieve specific strategic outcomes. You'll shape the strategy, select the must-win pursuits, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and drive measurable improvements in PWin, pipeline health, and long-range growth for a campaign. This role is for a leader who is relentless about outcomes, thrives in ambiguity, and can rally teams to win in complex government environments.
