Financial Solutions Advisor – Stage I At Bank of America, the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) begins by obtaining Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams) through dedicated training. After licensing, you’ll learn core skills needed to acquire, build and manage client relationships, assess complex financial situations, and provide tailored advice to help clients achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities Deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care at a financial center. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions that meet virtually all financial needs. Conduct comprehensive client reviews, presentations, and recommendations with confidence. Build and grow relationships with banking customers, small business owners, and higher-net-worth clients. Required Qualifications Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire and Series 7 and 66 (or accepted equivalents) within 120 days. Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑disciplined time and capacity management. Experience in cultivating client relationships and recommending financial solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to prioritize client interests in a fast-paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology or applications. SAFE Act registration required; must complete background check and maintain registration. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or one year of financial services/sales experience preferred. Desired Qualifications Bilingual Mandarin preferred. Background in financial services or sales. Experience with advisory, account management, client experience, branding, and risk management. Schedule Monday through Friday with some Saturday work required. Example hours: 8a.m. – 5p.m. or 9a.m. – 6p.m. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay range $28.85 – $33.65, based on experience, education, and skill set.
