About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Operations to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the operating systems that support the company's expansion while ensuring that the culture, quality, and humanity of care are preserved. This leadership position involves overseeing all operational functions, from recruiting and onboarding to licensing, compliance, and credentialing, with a focus on enabling clinical teams to deliver exceptional care. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks, strengthening the operating model, and continuously improving the organization's operational efficiency. Candidates for this role should have a proven track record in scaling complex operations, ideally within a high-growth startup environment. While experience in healthcare operations, particularly in multi-state settings, is valuable, the primary requirement is the ability to build and lead exceptional teams, develop leaders, and create operational systems that can scale effectively. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong operational judgment, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding people leader, capable of fostering a culture of excellence and supporting the organization's mission to improve the lives of individuals with serious mental health conditions.
