Event Marketing Specialist

To be considered, candidates MUST be fully bilingual in English and Spanish and willing to work on-site at our headquarters in Aventura. RBI Private Lending is a U.S.-based real estate lending company focused on providing strategic capital solutions for residential real estate investors and developers. Through bridge, construction, and investment loan programs, we support investors in acquiring, renovating, and building residential properties across key U.S. markets What you’ll own 1 Events - coordination & production Coordinate RBI’s own events, internal events, and participation in industry events . We have a plan for different events across Branding, Commercial, and Mixto categories. Run end-to-end logistics and production: venue, vendors, print and on-site production, booth, travel, registration, and run-of-show. Manage event budgets line by line and track spend against approval. 2 Industry & organizer relationships Manage relationships with event-organizing companies and market associations (developer, builder, broker, and investor bodies) whose membership is RBI’s target audience - securing presence, sponsorships, and visibility where our buyers already gather. Represent and protect RBI’s external image and brand at every event and industry relationship, keeping presence and materials consistent with brand positioning. 3 Sales support, lead management & event effectiveness Support Loan Officers at events: brief them, coordinate who attends and what they own on-site, and equip them with the marketing tools and materials to capture and convert relationships. Own lead capture and follow-up in HubSpot - every lead gets logged, attributed, and routed to the right LO with a clear follow-up path, so nothing goes cold or gets lost. Measure and report event effectiveness / ROI : cost per event, leads captured, pipeline generated, and contribution to closed loans - turning each event into a clear return story, not just an expense. 4 Marketing actions support Support the broader marketing calendar - campaigns, launches, and initiatives - with operational coordination, asset preparation, and follow-through across teams and vendors. Required qualifications 3-5 years in marketing, field marketing, event management, or marketing operations, with a track record of execution that produced measurable results. Proven experience running multiple concurrent events end-to-end, on time and on budget. Bilingual English / Spanish , fluent in both written and spoken. Strong writing skills - able to draft clear, on-brand internal and external communications. Hands-on comfort with a CRM (HubSpot a strong plus) - lead capture, attribution, and follow-up. Experience with project management and productivity platforms (Monday.com, Trello, Asana, or similar) to manage workflows, deadlines, and team collaboration. Strong coordination and communication skills; able to support several workstreams at once. Strong relationship and representation skills - able to be RBI’s face with organizers and associations. Experience coordinating vendors and freelance/agency production. Based in Miami, with availability to travel to events in priority markets. Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage many moving parts at pace. Preferred Vendor and budget management experience. Experience in real estate, lending, or financial services. Existing relationships with industry organizations or event organizers in real estate / investor / lending circles. Depth in HubSpot (workflows, attribution, reporting).
