Role Description The Field Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Florida, United States. This position is responsible for executing local and regional marketing initiatives and parntership activations that drive traffic, brand awareness, and sales across Circle K locations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating promotional campaigns, supporting new store openings, managing in-store merchandising and signage, and collaborating with operations teams to ensure marketing programs are implemented effectively. The specialist monitors market trends and competitor activities, analyzes campaign performance, and provides reporting and insights to inform future initiatives. The role also involves working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and community partners to support events, sponsorships, and customer engagement activities aligned with Circle K’s brand standards. Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. as needed for event setup, marketing materials, signage, and promotional equipment. Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including driving to store locations, community events, marketing activations, and other business-related functions. Must be comfortable with frequent local and regional travel and supporting on-site event setup and execution. Qualifications Marketing and brand promotion skills, including experience with local marketing initiatives and retail campaign execution. Ability to plan and coordinate field activities, such as in-store promotions, events, and merchandising programs. Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data, campaign performance metrics, and market trends. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with store teams, cross-functional partners, and external vendors. Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives, deadlines, and travel within the region. Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with digital and social media channels is beneficial). Experience in retail, consumer goods, or field marketing roles preferred; convenience or fuel retail experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
