Flynn Applebee's is one of the premier brands under the Flynn Group umbrella. Responsibilities Mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established standards. Create a great bar experience for customers and support front‑of‑house staff. Maintain a friendly, professional attitude toward both staff and customers. Stand and move safely for up to four hours per shift, including lifting up to 25 pounds and transporting plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen. Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift. Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures, including washing hands with disinfecting soap frequently. Qualifications Minimum age of 21 in accordance with state law. Effective communication skills and a commitment to making an impact. Ability to stay stationary, move consistently, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Physical stamina to work up to four hours continuously on a stationary or mobile position.
