Role Description This part-time Business Manager role at Salamander Services is a hybrid position based in Catonsville, MD, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, video conferencing) and comfort learning new digital tools. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, maintaining reliability and accountability while working remotely and on-site. Experience in small business management, operations, or office administration is highly beneficial.
