Program Manager

Job Description We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with a strong operations & program management background who is passionate about adventure travel to join our team. The Program Manager is responsible for seeing our trips through from start to finish. In the office during the week you'll be preparing to take hundreds of our adventure-loving customers on trips and on the weekend you'll be overseeing the trips themselves. This position requires someone able to think on their feet to devise creative solutions to problems on-site, and manage complex logistics to create a seamless operation. They will need to be extremely organized and pay absurd attention to detail. The ideal candidate can write clearly and quickly, can carry on a conversation with anybody, and ideally loves skiing, snowboarding, whitewater rafting, surfing as well as other types of adventure activities. Note: The schedule for this position is Wednesday-Sunday (Off Mon & Tues) during the high season (June, July, August).
