Required Experience

2+ years in Manufacturing Quality Engineering.

Experience performing:

Process audits

Supplier audits

Product inspections

Corrective Action verification (CAPA)

Root Cause Analysis

First Article and dimensional inspections

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of composite materials manufacturing.

Knowledge of pultrusion processes (preferred).

GD&T interpretation.

Blueprint and engineering drawing review.

Metrology and dimensional inspection.

Statistical process control (SPC).

Nonconformance management.

Equipment Knowledge

Experience using:

Calipers

Micrometers

Height gauges

Tape measures

Bore gauges (if applicable)

Surface inspection tools

Measurement recording and audit documentation systems

Audit Qualifications

Preferred familiarity with:

ISO 9001

Internal Process Audits

Supplier Quality Audits

Corrective Action Verification

Manufacturing Process Assessments

Soft Skills

Strong report writing.

Customer-facing communication.

Ability to work independently at supplier facilities.

Capable of identifying process risks and improvement opportunities.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
