About the Position: This position is located at the White Sands Test Center, Range Operations Dir, Data Support Div, Meteorology BR with a duty location of White Sands Missile Range, Dona Ana, New Mexico. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) experience operating instrumentation systems such as radar, telemetry, optics, targets, Global Positioning System (GPS), timing, flight safety, meteorology system or general electronic test instrumentation for an organization; 2) experience analyzing operational methods to provide solutions for the improvement of data collection; 3) experience providing recommendations to modify or improve assigned electronic systems or procedures. Evaluation Basis: This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade position in the federal service (NJ-03/GS-11).
