Service Advisor Position at Leo Chevrolet GMC LebanonLeo Chevrolet GMC Lebanon is hiring a Service Advisor. You're the bridge between the customer and the technician. When someone brings their vehicle in for service, you're the person who listens to what's going on, translates it into a work order, keeps the customer informed throughout the process, and makes sure they leave confident in the work that was done.This role is part customer service, part sales, and part project management. You'll write repair orders, present recommended services, follow up on approvals, and coordinate with the shop to keep vehicles moving through on time. The advisors who do well here build a book of customers who come back specifically because they trust them.We'll teach you the technical side. What we can't teach is the ability to make someone feel heard and taken care of.
