Mortgage Clerk 

Seeking candidates with Mortage experience to support loan servicing operations. This role is responsible for processing borrower accounts, researching loan information, updating servicing records, handling insurance and bankruptcy transactions, and providing customer support while ensuring compliance with servicing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process mortgage servicing transactions using LoanServ and Sagent.
• Update insurance information, process insurance payments, and obtain policy information from insurance companies.
• Respond to lender and borrower inquiries via phone and email while meeting established service standards.
• Process Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy accounts, including bankruptcy history maintenance.
• Prepare overnight shipping labels and complete other administrative servicing tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of mortgage servicing experience (loan servicing only; origination experience is not required).
• Experience with LoanServ, Sagent, or similar mortgage servicing platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance processing, payment posting, loan research, bankruptcy servicing, and customer account resolution.
• Strong data entry, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
