MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

The projected compensation range for this position is $68,600.00-$114,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepares regulatory compliance assessments, Export Verification Reports, and trade documentation under senior guidance.
- Develop localized standard operating procedures to maintain alignment with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and cross-border operational regulations.
- Maintain tracking matrices for export licenses and Host Nation customs permits to support compliance audits.
- Executes day-to-day international trade screening, customs clearance processing, and cargo clearance workflows in the USPACOM AOR.
- Compile technical data packages, draft theater-specific compliance checklists, and coordinate with husbanding agents or Customs Authorities to facilitate rapid material throughput at logistics nodes.
- Monitor regulatory tracking logs and support the identification of compliance risks across distributed, infrastructure-limited areas.
- Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Foundational certification or training in ITAR/EAR Compliance or Customs Brokering.
- Master's degree in a related discipline.
- Experience processing military customs documentation or border clearance packages.
- Familiarity with automated export declaration systems.
- Technical experience handling compliance metrics in OCONUS theater environments.
- Must have a current/active Secret clearance.
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
