Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift Full-Time | Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience) Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Night Shift Differential: +$2.25/hour weekdays | +$3.00/hour weekends Join the Nursing Team at Glen Haven Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our night shift nursing team. As an LPN, you'll provide hands‑on nursing care, support CNAs, and work alongside our nursing team to provide quality, compassionate care throughout the night. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition. Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED. Current CPR/BLS certification. Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long‑term care, or post-acute care experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
