Leasing Consultant

Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online. Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities. Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely manner. Explain lease terms, rental rates, policies, and community guidelines. Process rental applications and coordinate resident screening procedures. Prepare lease agreements and related documentation. Maintain accurate resident, prospect, and leasing records. Support move-in and move-out processes. Address resident concerns and coordinate with maintenance and management teams as needed. Promote resident retention through excellent customer service and relationship building. Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach events, and social media efforts.
