Position Title: Vice President of Integrated Marketing

Mission: To set and drive the marketing strategy, leading the full funnel from awareness through loyalty to bring the right client to the brand and retain her. Deliver sustainable, profitable growth across e-commerce and retail with exceptional financial discipline and build the high‑performing team behind it while making the brand.

Expectations

• Own the marketing strategy across e-commerce and retail delivering a cohesive user journey across every brand touchpoint
• Lead the full funnel across paid media, affiliate, creator, organic social, PR, and events partnering closely with creative to ensure compelling storytelling is what draws users to the brand
• Own the marketing budget with exceptional financial discipline, tying investment to return, holding each channel to a clear efficiency guardrail, and reallocating as the work demands
• Build the strategies that acquire and retain the right clients, forecasting customer mix and setting acquisition and retention targets in partnership with planning
• Lead the creative department and organic social, pulling through the brands creative vision to the right touchpoints so the brand looks and feels like itself everywhere the client meets it, from campaign to product page to feed
• Lead brand PR shaping the consumer‑facing narrative and stewarding the brand’s reputation with press and partners while protecting brand equity
• Lead and grow the integrated marketing team setting the standard for the work and creating the conditions in which it is done well
• Partner with e-commerce, retail, planning, finance, and operations

Skills & Experience

• Strategic brand builder with command of the full funnel, equally credible in performance and in brand
• Deep knowledge of paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Affiliate, Programmatic and Offline channels, etc.) and their influence on owned and earned channels
• Proven track record owning brand and consumer PR for a brand
• Proven track record in CRM, retention, and lifecycle marketing, with strong analytical and attribution capabilities
• Experience owning a meaningful marketing budget with the financial discipline to prove the return behind it
• Experience managing agencies, creators, and martech partners across the media and marketing analytics ecosystem (ESPs, CDPs, and similar)
• A working command of how discovery is changing, including AEO & GEO
• A capable people leader who has built and led an integrated marketing team in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• The taste and judgment to lead marketing for a premium brand
• 10+ years of marketing experience, including 3–5 years in senior roles at DTC or omnichannel brands.
