Associate Chiropractor

*HealthSource of Delano is looking for an Associate Chiropractor to join our busy and growing clinic!* We currently have a busy and fast growing clinic in the Delano area and are seeking an energetic, motivated Chiropractor to become a part of our fast-growing team!

We are a results-driven practice that delivers the highest quality Chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and wellness services. Our focus is on properly diagnosing the underlying condition and building personalized treatment plans. The right candidate is enthusiastic, high energy, and enjoys a fast-paced/high volume clinic. Successful candidates must also demonstrate clinical leadership in managing a Chiropractic and rehabilitation setting.

Duties:
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and manipulations to treat patients' musculoskeletal conditions
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals

- Basic knowledge of functional rehab exercises
- Utilize medical imaging and diagnostic tools to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and referrals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Requirements:
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic program
- Valid MN state license to practice chiropractic
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Effective communication skills to educate patients about their condition and treatment options
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a healthcare team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
