Job SummaryAls Distribution Sales Manager bist du verantwortlich für einen oder mehrere Vertriebspartner und spielst eine zentrale Rolle beim Ausbau unseres Partnergeschäfts in Österreich. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Distributoren und deren Partnernetzwerk zusammen, entwickelst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und sorgst dafür, dass NetApp bei unseren Partnern erfolgreich positioniert und nachhaltig weiterentwickelt wird.Dabei verbindest du strategische Partnerentwicklung mit einem klaren Sales-Fokus: Du identifizierst Wachstumspotenziale, aktivierst neue und bestehende Partner und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Distributoren und Vertriebsteams neue Pipeline und Geschäft.ResponsibilitiesDu entwickelst und verantwortest die Business-Pläne mit unseren Distributoren und setzt gemeinsame Wachstumsinitiativen konsequent um.Du entwickelst unser Distributor-Managed Partner (DMP) Ecosystem weiter und gewinnst, aktivierst und entwickelst neue sowie bestehende Kunden im Bereich Commercial.Gemeinsam mit Distributoren und Partnern identifizierst du neue Markt- und Geschäftschancen und baust eine nachhaltige Sales Pipeline auf.Du entwickelst und steuerst Demand-Generation-Aktivitäten, um insbesondere Neugeschäft und neue Kunden für NetApp zu gewinnen.Du arbeitest eng mit unseren regionalen NetApp Sales Teams zusammen und unterstützt gemeinsame Co-Selling-Aktivitäten.Du führst regelmäßige Business Reviews und Forecasts mit deinen Distributoren durch und stellst eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung der gemeinsamen Business-Pläne sicher.Your ProfileMindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Sales-, Channel- oder Partnergeschäft, idealerweise im Data-Center- oder Infrastrukturumfeld.Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Gewinnung von Neukunden und der Entwicklung zusätzlichen Umsatzes.Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Distributoren und/oder Channel-Partnern.Du hast echte Hunter-Mentalität und hast Spaß daran, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren und aktiv voranzutreiben.Du kannst langfristige, vertrauensvolle Partnerbeziehungen aufbauen und gleichzeitig einen klaren Fokus auf Pipeline, Wachstum und Ergebnisse legen.Du verstehst die geschäftlichen Herausforderungen von Kunden und Partnern und kannst den Mehrwert von Lösungen überzeugend vermitteln.Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und bist bereit, regelmäßig innerhalb deiner Region zu reisen.
