Essential Job Functions Welcomes clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner; determines the purpose of each visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location. Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries, and arranges for distribution or pick-up by staff. Performs daily mail run between buildings. Prepares overnight packages. Orders, stocks, and organizes office and break room supplies. Helps ensure front office and shared spaces remain clean and organized, including loading/unloading the dishwasher and wiping down counters and tables as needed. Assists with data entry, scanning, and document processing and tracking. Provides administrative and clerical support tasks to various departments as needed. Responsible for working safely, both for self-protection and protection of co-workers, by supporting all Company safety efforts. Performs other duties as assigned. Education, Experience, and Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability Proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft Software Suite. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Able to identify a need, remove barriers, and know how to make things happen. Values diversity of ideas, opinions, and people. Has good common sense and applied logic. Must possess or be able to obtain an appropriate state driver’s license before employment, along with a clean driving record and reliable transportation. KDC is an equal opportunity employer.
