Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their questions and concerns have been addressed.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and other transactions as needed.
• Work closely with sales and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Meet customer service performance standards and quality goals.
