Things you will accomplish:

• Commit to excelling in your role by completing a comprehensive 1 month training program where you will master and put to use your skills in sourcing, selling, and navigating candidates through the job selection process, as well as developing an expertise in staffing, recruiting, and the behavioral health industry.
• Conduct daily outreach (calls, texts, and emails) to psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners within our database as well as new providers you source, to learn about their availability and share the roles we have open.
• Learn from ongoing personal 1x1 training and coaching to effectively become an expert and stand out as a sales recruiter in the behavioral health staffing industry with ongoing personal 1x1 training/coaching.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of behavioral health providers who are interested in partnering with our organization to find new opportunities by utilizing our robust database, software search systems, independent research, cold calling, emailing, sourcing, and more.
• Take ownership of your success by using the pipeline of providers you have relationships with by qualifying, screening, negotiating, and placing them with the top hospitals and clinics our agency partners with.
• Overcome provider objections and persistently follow up to ensure successful candidate progression through the interview and hiring process.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to candidate presentation, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Assume responsibility for the effective performance of all related consultative inside sales functions.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call goals
• Drive your growth in a competitive, sales-focused environment by actively working to achieve both personal and company goals.

Requirements:

• Experience – Minimum 1 year sales experience in a commission-based role (staffing experience within the medical field a plus)
• Communicative – Able to handle and overcome objections. Ability to make 65 cold calls per day.
• Competitive – Eager to win and achieve sales goals, even if that involves thinking outside of the box at times.
• Proactive - Ability to organize and structure your own day independently in order to achieve personal metrics and goals.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• This is an in-person job. Ability to come to the office 5 days per week is a must.

Compensation:

• Base Salary of $50,000 + commission
• Earnings are Base + Commission. Structure puts motivated first year recruiters OTE $60,000-70,000, with no limit on what you build to after that (Commission is uncapped. Committed tenured recruiters earn minimum OTE of $150,000+)
