We offer advanced technology and support roles that enable our processors to easily manage larger pipelines and earn lucrative bonuses that are paid out every pay period. The ideal candidate has superb customer service skills, is well versed in general mortgage knowledge and guidelines, and loves working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.This is a remote opportunity to work from home. The schedule is Monday - Friday with one 4 hour weekend day per month. Weekday hours are 10am-7pm EST, 11am-8pm EST, or 12pm - 9pm EST.What You'll DoPrimary responsibility is to serve as the leading mortgage expert for everyone involved in the home buying processResponsible for managing pre-approval transactions from application to funding, including communicating with borrowers, getting them pre-approved, and coordinating with both the buyer's and seller's real estate agentsAssist customers in finding their dream home by ensuring a seamless mortgage transactionResponsible for pipeline of 100+ pre-approvals per monthResponsible for gathering required documentation from customer and third parties in support of the loan approval decisionResponsible for prompt, professional communication to customers, loan officers & underwritersResponsible for calculating and analyzing income, assets, and liabilitiesUtilization of AUSSIE and company proceduresEstablish an ongoing relationship by delivering best-in-class customer serviceWhat You'll NeedMinimum of 2 years mortgage purchase processing experienceMust be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environmentMust be proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, CRMExceptional customer service skillsDetail-oriented and demonstrate excellent decision making skillsExcellent communication skills**Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation.**Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $15 per hour (or greater only if your state of residency requires so) plus bonus per pay period based upon individual performance.
