Join a team that values collaboration, compassion, and quality early childhood education.Position DetailsMonday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.School-year positionFollows the Midlakes Central School District calendarPaid holidays and school breaksQualificationsAssociate 's degree required (or higher)Experience working with preschool-aged children preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environmentResponsibilitiesSupport the UPK Teacher in implementing daily classroom activities and lessonsAssist with classroom management and supervision of childrenFoster children's social, emotional, and academic developmentPrepare classroom materials and learning centersMaintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environmentBuild positive relationships with children, families, and staffPayStarting at $18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with opportunities for wage increases based on relevant experience and education.BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO), paid holidays, and school breaks following the Midlakes Central School District calendar, plus a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.Join a trusted organization with a long-standing commitment to children, families, and the community.
