Program Manager

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to oversee and manage various projects within our organisation. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of projects are aligned.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage expectations.Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.RequirementsProven experience in project management or a related field.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Nice to haveProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.Experience in the BPO industry.Advanced knowledge of budgeting and financial management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
