Tech Support Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Lending System and Level 1 Technical support specialists to join our business-to-business call center. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our team members, helping them troubleshoot issues, navigate lending/vendor platforms to help keep their operations running smoothly. You’ll work within established processes to deliver an excellent customer experience.
