Case Manager - Foster Care

Responsibilities Conduct home visits to ensure the safety and stability of children placed in foster homes. Build relationships while using a strength-based approach with families and children. Partner with referring agencies, schools, community resources to serve the needs of families and children. Effectively respond to crises. Position Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required. Licensure required. Preferred Experience 3 years of supervised, paid casework experience. 1 year of supervised, paid casework experience at an LCPA or DCS. 1 year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work.
