Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Sales Representative to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Customer Engagement
• Identify, prospect, and develop new service sales opportunities through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, canvassing, networking, referrals, and in-person customer visits.
• Generate new business opportunities through consistent market presence and customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing customer accounts.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and presentations to communicate the value of Pavion's service offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their business needs and identify service solutions that provide ongoing value.
• Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
• Manage all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and close.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities sufficient to achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and execute territory plans to support revenue growth and business development goals.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on service proposals that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Utilize CRM tools to document sales activities, manage opportunities, and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Analyze customer, pipeline, and sales performance data to prioritize activities and maximize sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to develop customer solutions and support successful service delivery.
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, service sales, or a related customer-facing role
• Demonstrated success developing new business through outbound prospecting and relationship-building activities
• Experience managing opportunities through a structured sales process from prospecting to close
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and systems to manage pipelines, forecasts and sales activities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage an active sales territory
• Ability to spend a significant portion of time in the field meeting with customers and prospects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling service agreements, managed services, recuring revenue offerings, consulting services, or other service-based solutions.
• Experience selling services within security, fire, professional services, building technologies, or related industries.
• Experience working in a field-based sales environment with frequent customer meetings and territory management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success growing a territory through proactive business development activities.

The salary range for this position is $65,000–$90,000 annually, plus commission. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
