Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

Are you a creative, data-driven marketer who loves turning content and ad spend into measurable growth? Our busy Phoenix personal injury firm is looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to own projects from concept through completion. You will plan and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and streaming TV while also scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality video and social content. You will manage budgets, report results to leadership, and track which channels drive signed cases, not just clicks. You will also use AI tools to improve productivity, creative output, and campaign performance without sacrificing quality. Ideal candidates are hands-on, accountable, and comfortable owning both the creative and analytical sides of marketing. Former agency experience is a plus. Please note: This is a full-time, in-office W-2 position at our Phoenix office. Remote and hybrid work are not available. #J-18808-Ljbffr WizeHire, Inc
