Role Description:

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support the financial operations of multiple entities within our organization. This role is responsible for tracking financial activity, maintaining accuracy, and assisting with forecasting and long-term planning.

This is not a passive accounting role — we are looking for someone who can think analytically, build models, and contribute to financial decision-making as the company grows.

Responsibilities:

Track incoming and outgoing funds across multiple entities

Maintain accurate financial records and reporting

Support budgeting and forecasting efforts

Assist with financial modeling and projections

Ensure accuracy and accountability in financial processes

Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information

Required Qualifications:

Background in finance, accounting, or related field

Experience with financial reporting or analysis

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with financial modeling (IRR, projections, etc.)

Experience working with multiple entities

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Compensation:

$45,000 – $60,000 base (based on experience)

Performance-based bonus opportunities
