Description

• Perform patient evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient environments, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's specific needs
• Implement therapeutic interventions concentrating on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality
• Engage collaboratively with an array of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and case managers, to maximize patient outcomes
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge strategies, and suggested home exercise regimens
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress meticulously in compliance with facility protocols and regulations

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
