Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This rewarding role runs from August 2026 through November or December 2026, and offers a steady 30-hour workweek, Monday through Friday. Your expertise will directly support students’ communication growth, while you enjoy working within a collaborative environment assisted by skilled SLPAs already on campus.

As a valued clinician, you’ll manage a manageable caseload averaging around 45 students, focusing on assessments, individualized interventions, and IEP participation. Qualifications & Experience:

• Current CCC-SLP certification from ASHA
• Active or eligible California state licensure for SLP
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective, data-driven therapy strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy and evaluations for a diverse student population
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, collaborating with IEP teams and families
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance with school and federal guidelines
• Guide and mentor SLPAs, ensuring continuity and quality of service
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and consult with staff on student needs
