Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity is ideal for an SLP or SLPA ready to support a talented team during a leave period from August 2026 through November/December 2026. Key Qualifications:

• Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Experience working in school settings, familiar with IEP and special education processes
• Strong communication skills to engage students, families, and colleagues
• Ability to independently manage caseloads and documentation
• Flexibility and adaptability to support students with diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct assessments to determine student needs and develop targeted goals
• Write and maintain documentation for IEP meetings, progress notes, and compliance tracking
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and the school multidisciplinary team for holistic student support
• Supervise and provide guidance to SLPAs as appropriate

This position offers a weekday schedule of 30 hours per week (M-F), ensuring a positive work/life balance while allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping students succeed. You’ll be part of a supportive campus community with a caseload averaging around 45 students.
