Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.Manage Customer Escalations: Investigate and resolve customer issues related to AAdvantage credit card accounts, servicing, and cardmember benefits by partnering with ACS, bank customer service teams, and internal stakeholders.Identify and Improve Customer Pain Points: Conduct call listening sessions, analyze trends, and recommend solutions to improve the customer experience and reduce recurring issues.Monitor escalation trends and benefit delivery issues and prepare reporting for leaders.Supports the growth and profitability of American Airlines portfolio of Citi / AAdvantage Co-brand credit cards productsEngages in day-to-day relationships with Citi, vendors and internal partnersManages marketing campaign assets across direct channels by partnering closely with Citi and American Airlines stakeholders, while overseeing approvals and marketing reviews for all related materials.With internal and external partners, identifies, builds support for, and executes innovative solutions to increase acquisition rates and/or employee engagement in co-brand programSupports project management, prioritization and timelines of various digital enhancements and marketing campaignsTracks and analyzes participation and initiative performance data against key success metrics and prepares performance reportsSome travel required, up to 20%All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceBachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience/trainingPreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceSome experience in a marketing roleSkills, Licenses & CertificationsAbility to be an innovative problem solverAbility to be a self-starter who can recognize opportunities for innovation and creativitySkills in organization, consensus building and creative problem solving skills with attention to detailStrong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skillsAbility to demonstrate analytical skillsAbility to execute multiple projects concurrentlyKnowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPointWhat you'll getFeel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
