Legal Billing Specialist - Must Have Legal Exp.

We are seeking an experienced Legal Billing Specialist for a fully remote, temp-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong law firm billing experience and be comfortable managing a high volume of client invoices in a deadline-driven environment.IMPORTANT: Candidates MUST have prior legal billing experience. Medical billing or general billing experience will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process 80–100+ client invoices per weekManage full-cycle client billing within a legal services environmentReview attorney time, expenses, and billing details for accuracyProcess electronic and client-specific billing requirementsResearch and resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiriesWork closely with attorneys, paralegals, and accounting teams to resolve billing issuesMaintain accurate billing records and meet strict billing deadlines
