This travel assignment provides an exceptional chance to expand your skill set by working with both hospital and outpatient imaging centers, exposing you to varied workflows and leadership styles. You'll broaden your clinical capabilities managing a robust caseload and collaborating with seasoned radiologists, further strengthening your knowledge of GE MRI systems, Epic EHR, and PACS.

Schedule/Hours

• Wednesday: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (imaging lab) + Call 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Thursday: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (imaging lab)
• Friday: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (outpatient)
• Call weekends (Sat 7:00 AM - Sun 7:00 PM on select weekends)

Key Qualifications

• ARRT MR certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience, hospital setting preferred
• Proficiency on GE MR equipment & closed MRI systems
• Experience starting IVs and administering contrast agents
• Familiarity with Epic EHR & PACS highly valued
• Associate's degree from ARRT-accredited institute preferred
• BLS certification (required before direct patient care)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced MRI scans per established protocols
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients throughout procedures
• Accurately select scan parameters and maintain image quality
• Administer and monitor IV contrast agents
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and support new staff education
• Coordinate closely with Radiologists and care teams
