Our agency opened in 2022 and currently has a growing team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and previously owned a construction company, which gave me valuable experience in leadership, customer relationships, and running a business. I’m a graduate of Thomas Aquinas College and a proud husband and father of twelve. Our family loves spending time outdoors - hiking, enjoying the local lake, and hosting friends and gatherings whenever we can. We’re also proud to support our local community and sponsor several charitable organizations throughout town. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Zach Clark - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
