What You’ll Do:
As the Area Branch Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily branch operations, ensuring exceptional service, strong team performance, and profitable growth.

You’ll:
•Lead and support branch teams while promoting a positive, accountability-driven culture
•Coach, train, and develop employees to help them succeed and grow
•Partner closely with Business Development and customers to solve staffing challenges quickly
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and communication
•Schedule and attend recruiting events, job fairs, and community hiring events
•Handle escalated employee and customer issues with professionalism and urgency
•Manage payroll payouts, billing, invoicing, certified payroll, and collections
•Coordinate field team member dispatching and staffing operations
•Conduct workers’ compensation investigations and unemployment claim management
•Ensure branch compliance, operational efficiency, and excellent customer service standards
•Create schedules, conduct employee reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and performance management

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated leader who can balance operations, people management, customer service, and problem-solving with confidence.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• 2+ years of overall work experience
• 1+ year of experience in sales and customer service
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Staffing industry experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
• Ability to work weekends as needed
• Must pass background check and drug screening
