Gerente de Proyectos de Techos Metálicos

Este puesto es ideal para un profesional con experiencia comprobada en techos metálicos, con experiencia práctica en fabricación y sólidas capacidades de liderazgo en obra.
La posición combina fabricación de metal, gestión de proyectos y supervisión en campo. Usted operará equipos de techos metálicos, administrará materiales, coordinará equipos de instalación y se comunicará directamente con propietarios de viviendas y propietarios de edificios comerciales.
Responsabilidades PrincipalesFabricaci ón y Operación de Equipos de Techos MetálicosOperar y mantener la máquina de paneles metálicos Englert FP1500
Recibir, inventariar y almacenar correctamente los rollos (coils) de metal
Desenrollar y cortar rollos de metal con precisión y seguridad
Fabricar molduras y accesorios de techo metálico según especificaciones
Operar la dobladora Van Mark Metal Master, herramientas de corte y herramientas de formado
Operar montacargas de manera segura para el manejo de materiales
Coordinar los horarios diarios con los equipos de instalación de techos metálicos
Supervisar las instalaciones conforme a los estándares de calidad de Fortitude Roofing
Asegurar la correcta alineación, instalación de paneles, ajuste de molduras y acabados
Hacer cumplir las normas de seguridad, limpieza y calidad en el sitio de trabajo
Resolver problemas en obra con rapidez para mantener los proyectos en tiempo
Comunicarse de manera profesional con propietarios de viviendas y edificios comerciales
Proporcionar actualizaciones claras del proyecto y gestionar las expectativas del cliente
Coordinar internamente con los equipos de producción, operaciones y liderazgo
Utilizar CompanyCam para fotos de obra, documentación de progreso y control de calidad
Utilizar JobNimbus para seguimiento de proyectos, notas y comunicación con clientes
Mantener registros precisos desde la fabricación hasta la finalización del proyecto
Experiencia comprobada en techos metálicos (obligatorio)
Experiencia operando equipos de fabricación de techos metálicos
Capacidad para fabricar paneles tipo standing seam y molduras metálicas
Capacidad para interpretar planos, detalles y especificaciones de techos metálicos
Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo en obra y comunicación
Licencia de conducir válida con historial limpio
Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del este de Carolina del Norte
Capacidad física para realizar trabajo práctico de fabricación e instalación
Experiencia con montacargas preferida
Salario anual de $52,000 – $78,000, según experiencia
