FIRC is seeking an experienced, community-minded Executive Director to lead one of Summit Countys most trusted community resource organizations. Based in Breckenridge, this role provides strategic leadership for FIRCs mission, programs, operations, fundraising, finances, and 3032 person team, while serving as the organizations primary ambassador and overseeing a $6$7 million annual budget. The Executive Director will build strong partnerships across the community and advance FIRCs work in food equity, housing stability, healthcare navigation, parenting support, and other essential services, positioning the organization as a trusted convener in Summit County.
