Bankruptcy Associate

Job Overview ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking an Associate to join the second to fifth year associate class for its nationally recognized Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring group in the New York office. Responsibilities Handle corporate Chapter 11 restructuring and bankruptcy matters. Participate in related litigation. Take ownership of workstreams and mentor junior associates. Contribute to business development activities, including networking events and client outreach initiatives. Deliver exceptional client service in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment. Qualifications Two or more years of experience in corporate Chapter 11 restructuring and bankruptcy. Preferred clerkship experience in the Southern District of New York, the District of Delaware, or the Southern District of Texas. Large law firm experience is a plus. Superior written and oral communication skills with strong legal drafting abilities. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, take ownership of workstreams, and mentor junior associates. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $225,000 to $305,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
