Job Title

Required Qualifications:

Active CA RN License
Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Critical Care Nursing course completed
BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
TNCC (required within 1 year of hire)
Previous ICU experience preferred (6+ months)

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Ventilator management
Hemodynamic monitoring
Neuro/trauma and ICP/ventriculostomy monitoring
ECG rhythm interpretation
Emergency and code response
Medication administration
IV therapy and blood product administration
Management of central lines, catheters, and drains
Safe operation of critical care equipment
Strong patient assessment and rapid intervention skills
