Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions emphasizing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Work alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and family members to engineer holistic care plans.

Facilitate education for patients and families to foster progress beyond clinical appointments.

Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions to ensure seamless care throughout the healing process.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Remain engaged with the latest advancements in the field through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies suitable for all ages, with a profound grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
