Associate Director, Total Rewards

AbbVie

Associate Director role supporting AbbVie's Aesthetics business in designing and administering competitive total rewards programs. The position partners across global teams to ensure compensation strategies align with business objectives while maintaining market competitiveness and equity.

Responsibilities

Deliver cash and total rewards programs while modeling compensation scenarios for leadership recommendations
Ensure reward programs remain market-competitive, strategically aligned, compliant, and equitable
Educate business partners on compensation approaches and their impact on talent attraction and retention
Manage compensation benchmarking surveys and apply market research to inform strategy
Mentor global rewards team members supporting the Aesthetics business internationally

Requirements

8+ years compensation experience including job family design and market pricing
4+ years managing total rewards programs as specialist or lead
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Human Resources preferred
Advanced Excel and data analytics proficiency
Experience with HCM systems and cross-functional collaboration
Background in biotech, technology, or aesthetics preferred
Familiarity with AI tools for materials development
