Patient Care Liaison

We're a fast-growing healthcare company helping patients access innovative, minimally invasive treatments that improve quality of life. We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and bilingual Patient Scheduling Coordinator to become one of the first friendly voices our patients hear.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound patient calls and make outbound follow-up calls.
• Schedule consultations using our scheduling systems
• Guide patients through the scheduling process with empathy and professionalism.
• Build trust with patients who are often living with chronic pain.
• Help reduce no-shows by confirming appointments and keeping patients engaged.
• Document patient interactions accurately.
• Work closely with our clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred).
• Arizona resident (required).
• Previous experience in healthcare scheduling, medical reception, patient coordination, or customer service preferred.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus but not required—we'll train the right person.
