Product Manager (WMS)

Job Title

Drive the modernization of the WMS and implement across the DCs

Manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks

Understands the various functions of a Distribution center handling Food & Ambient items from Imports & domestic suppliers. Working experience on WMS is must.

Understands Supply Chain eco-system and how WMS fits into it.

Understands Product principles and Product driven methodology. Working experience as a Product manager handing one or more Products is a must.

Follows Data driven approach, is excellent stakeholder communication and has expectation management skills. Crafting and developing solutions to large business challenges – communicate business and customer needs to key partners to implement products and timelines

Understands the Scrum and/or SAFe Agile methodology. Working experience is a must.

Comfortable with ambiguity, data driven pros and cons analysis, and prioritization process.
